Bio
John is a Senior Project Manager at Aurora Geosciences with more than 25 years of experience supporting mineral exploration programs across northern Canada.
He has extensive experience in remote exploration environments and has contributed to the advancement and discovery of multiple projects in the Northwest Territories, Nunavut, and Ontario.
He has managed and supported both greenfield and brownfield exploration projects across the Northwest Territories, Nunavut, Ontario, Quebec, Saskatchewan, and the Arctic Islands. His experience includes technical reviews, project planning, logistics, budgeting, community engagement, surficial mapping, till sampling, prospecting, geophysics, drilling, trenching, and resource evaluation programs. His work in surficial geology and mineral train interpretation has contributed to the discovery of several kimberlites in northern Canada.
John holds a B.Sc. (Honours) in Physical Geography from Brock University and an M.Sc. in Earth Science from The University of Western Ontario and is based in Welland, Ontario.
