Gus is a Professional Geologist with NAPEG and APEGS and also a Project Management Professional (PMP) with over 20 years of experience from grass‐roots exploration to production mining in both underground and open pit operations.

Gus has a multi-disciplinary approach and view on the complete resource development life cycle, from early reconnaissance exploration, to evaluation, to mining and closure. From leading technical and operational teams, Gus has a well-rounded background to provide oversight to exploration and evaluation projects from professional practice in project assessment and development, technical studies and reporting, and resource modelling and estimation. Gus has significant experience with many different drilling methods and techniques from managing multi drill programs in commodities such as diamonds, oil and gas, uranium, gold, and copper. In addition, Gus has experience in compliance monitoring, permitting, and closure and remediation projects.
