Bio

Since starting with Aurora in 2024, Edwin has proven to have the skillset to get the job done, safely and efficiently.

Having originally been trained in finance and banking, Edwin made the choice to pivot careers, by jumping continents and rewiring his whole trajectory. He started fresh in Canada and spent two years at Flemming College earning a Geology Technician Diploma, and most importantly, learning what it actually takes to be a technician, a role that demands sound judgment and consistency.

For the past year, he’s been actively involved in a range of geophysical surveys packed with more wires, sensors, and field fixes than he expected; Which, to his own quiet satisfaction, felt a lot more natural than a desk ever did.
