Bio
Franz is a Senior Project Geophysicist at Aurora Geosciences with experience in mineral exploration geophysics across a range of survey environments and methodologies.
He works on the application and integration of geophysical data to support exploration targeting and interpretation in diverse geological settings.
He is experienced in a variety of geophysical survey techniques, including time and frequency domain electromagnetics, induced polarization, magnetic surveys, gravity, capacitively coupled resistivity, and ground-penetrating radar. His work focuses on supporting exploration programs through the acquisition, processing, and interpretation of geophysical datasets.
Franz holds a B.Sc. in Geophysics from the University of British Columbia, is a Registered Professional Geoscientist (MAPEG, APGO), and is based in Yellowknife, Northwest Territories.
